About me
Hi, I am Karlijn Mutsaerts, certified Nutritionist and Lifestyle Coach. I would love to help you on your way to a fitter and healthier life.
With a background in project management, I've always been about goal setting and "making things happen". Now I focus that same energy on helping people like you create the lifestyle you want.
Over the years, I have learned that proper nutrition, adequate sleep, exercise and relaxation are the basis for feeling good. If one of these factors is out of balance, it directly affects your physical and mental state. But fortunately, it also affects the other way around: if you improve one thing, it also has a positive effect on the others. This is where my passion for a healthy lifestyle began.
I strongly believe in the 80/20 rule - balance over perfection. Of course, I encourage healthy habits, but I also know how important it is to enjoy yourself without guilt. Because let’s be honest, a life without an occasional piece of cake is not a very joyful one ;-)
Whether you want to know how to eat healthier, exercise more, start exercising or deal better with stress - I am here to advise and motivate you. Together we get to work, in a way that suits you.
