Hi, I am Karlijn Mutsaerts, certified Nutritionist and Lifestyle Coach. I would love to help you on your way to a fitter and healthier life.
With a background in project management, I've always been about goal setting and "making things happen". Now I focus that same energy on helping people like you create the lifestyle you want.
Over the years, I have learned that proper nutrition, adequate sleep, exercise and relaxation are the basis for feeling good. If one of these factors is out of balance, it directly affects your physical and mental state. But fortunately, it also affects the other way around: if you improve one thing, it also has a positive effect on the others. This is where my passion for a healthy lifestyle began.
Ik geloof heilig in de 80/20-regel - balans boven perfectie. Natuurlijk ben ik voorstander van gezonde gewoonten, maar ik weet ook hoe belangrijk het is om af en toe lekker te genieten, zonder schuldgevoel. Want laten we eerlijk zijn, een leven zonder een taartje af en toe, daar wordt toch niemand blij van? ;-)
