How does coaching work?

1. Application

After I receive your application, I will contact you to set a date for the coaching session, which will take place online.

In preparation, I ask you to fill out a digital intake form. This allows me to properly prepare for our conversation and allows us to make the most of our coaching session.

2. Coaching session

In our session, we’ll look at your goals, lifestyle, and habits together. I’ll give you personalized advice, and we’ll explore which adjustments are realistic for you.

The focus is both on gaining insight and immediately applicable advice, so that step by step you can develop new habits that really suit you.

3. Next steps

After our session, you’ll put the advice into practice yourself. It's up to you if and when you want to schedule a follow-up session - you're not tied to anything.
